Use eid for eLocator/article number (#107) #108

The article number/eLocator is given in the eid field in the standard styles. eprint is for eprint servers etc.

Also fixes the comma issue reported in #107.

@plk When I was adding the new string to the .lbx I noticed that many .lbx files contain English strings instead of translations marked with FIXME. I think that is a bit dangerous because that will make the English words pop up in otherwise translated bibliographies. I think it would be safer to comment out those lines. Then they will throw a warning when they are missing and users can provide translations.

If you like I can comment out the untranslated strings and open another PR.
