The file "finnish.lbx" has a typo: "kirjottanut" should be "kirjoittanut". (*)
This typo has these two occurrences in my TeXLive 2024:
line
160: {toimittanut ja kommentaarin kirjottanut}},
308: withintroduction = {{johdannon kirjottanut}{johdannon kirjottanut}},
Strangely enough, the preceding line 159 does have its correct form...
Fixing the file and running texhash afterwards seems to do the trick. If so, I would like to propose it for TeXLive 2025.
(*) To be precise, dropping the second "i" would be tolerable in colloquial Finnish, but not in the kind of academic writing which needs a bibliography. This is probably why this particular typo has not been detected earlier.
