NuGet Prerelease package #326

Please add a Prerelease version to NuGet.

The current stable release does not log errors when an AJAX POST is done.
I believe this was fixed in issue 217. I've built the latest source and 
confirmed that errors are now correctly logged.

This is a major issue, so a Prerelease version (or a new stable release) would 
be very much appreciated.

I know this is free software, and I don't mean to offend you, but it's been 4 
months and there's not even so much as a reply here. This has caused me to 
reconsider using ELMAH and switch to StackExchange.Exceptional

@stijnherreman As you guessed, this is free software on volunteered time so 
there are no deadlines. I can understand the lack of response can be 
frustrating at time but that you also have the freedom to fork, get involved 
(not everyone's option or cup of tea) or choose another solution altogether. 
Meanwhile, this issue is being recognised as needing addressing. Thanks for 
reporting.
