Hi Piyawat,

I did a global search over GitHub to see what people were doing who mentioned BEL. I saw some of your notebooks for converting Text2BEL, and think that's very interesting. I just wanted to point you to some of the tools I've developed for parsing/doing stuff with BEL: https://github.com/pybel/pybel

Hi Charlie,

Thank you for your message. I have heard about pybel before and I think it is a very promising tool for people working in this field. I may try using it in a near future.

By the way, Text2BEL is a project that aims to convert text sentences into BEL statements as many people did in the BioCreative Challenge. Still, this project has just been initiated and still on-going.
