I want to cite the "Sliding window minimum" from this book.

How to cite this Publication? Is it better to reference "Guide to Competitive Programming"? Are the Chapters in these two books identical?

In most cases it is better to cite the printed book Guide to Competitive Programming. However, the chapters are not identical. If you send a message to ahslaaks@cs.helsinki.fi, I can send you a copy of the sliding window minimum section of the printed book, so you can cite it accurately.
