Update to MCR 3.0 version from 2016

In 2016 they updated MCR and added Portuguese into it, probably also updated the others. So this need to be updated accordingly. The missing file is: wordnet_por.tar.gz See https://adimen.si.ehu.es/web/MCR and https://adimen.si.ehu.es/web/files/mcr30/README-2016.txt According to that the updates are:

A new table (wei_ili_to_blc) for storing information about Basic Level Concepts (see section 4).
Added five new tables for storing the Portuguese wordnet (see section 3).
Added new variants to for Spanish, Catalan, Basque and Galician wordnets (see section 3).
MCR-relations.pdf file (also included in this distribution) describes the current lexico-semantic relations encoded into the MCR.
A new version of Basic Level Concepts (BLC) have been uploaded (see section 3).
Deleted TOP tag from wei domains table.
New relation and group of relations schema.
Fixed cycles and minor discrepancies between variants, synsets, ILIs and relations in some wordnets.

I found this fork where it is updated already: https://github.com/lingeringsocket/wn-mcr-transform Maybe it can be merged back.

Hey. We haven't maintained this for a while now (I see 2016). I'm currently not using it also. But we'd be happy to incorporate changes from a fork if they want to send a Pull Request.
