Transition from starmaps.app to starmap.site

starmap.site is purchased, pointing at DNSimple, and ready to be setup in github.com/protocol/infra

If you need assistance getting it configured through Octodns, just let us know. Thanks!

@djmcquillan is working on updating the logo header and i have comms drafted for the name change! Once the former is complete we can start redirecting the old site to .site
