Copy pasting re-runs tests #471

I'm copy pasting the name of a variable to replace an incorrect name with Ctrl+C + Ctrl+V Every time I replace one item (Ctrl+V) the tests re-run

@hrodward by default Plunker tries to keep the preview up to date with all changes. You can disable this in the settings panel on the left (see screenshot). When it is disabled, the Cmd-Enter (Ctrl-Enter on Windows) will trigger a manual refresh.
