Scrolling doesn't work in Firefox (bump monaco version) #473

Was recently fixed in Monaco: https://github.com/Microsoft/monaco-editor/issues/1353

@BernieSumption can you give it a spin now? I've bumped monaco and rewired things after the change in services.
