trying to create new project in Angularjs #591

Not sure what im doing wrong but: New -> AngularJS (or react, or regular Angular..) template -> Preview(without any editing of the original template) => nothing

console error : XHRGET https://run.plnkr.co/preview/clhj8yy7h00312e6nqg1vl72p/jsconfig.json [HTTP/2 404 Not Found 65ms]
