Describe the bug On plunkr.co website link to TOS is dead.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'plunkr.co
  2. Click on 'Terms of Service'
  3. See no response.

Errors / logs in developer tools Nil

Expected behavior Link to TOS page active.
