We feel a disconnect between the project leads and the core team. We hope that a collaboration and feeling of connection could help us feel that steps could be taken to improve our situations. This might not need to always be on a regular schedule - there might not always be a need every month - but if there's a structure in place for it, then it's there's a recourse open.
