Actions	put zero dollars in expenses (test update)
Expected	I didn't want to select a "weekly" or "monthly" option since I put "zero" as my expenses
Actual	It made me pick "weekly" or "monthly." I don't know if changing this is too much or beyond the MVP, but I worry it would confuse people
