Some project managers are feeling at a bit of a loss as to how to handle the pm'ing struggles specific to this kind of situation.

Document best PM practices across CFB. This may need a bit of fleshing out.

Templates for such things as listed below. Yeah, there are a lot, but we don't have to do all of them, and we don't have to do them all at once.

  1. Common types of Github issues
  2. Common types of pull requests
  3. Decision making documents
  4. Possible useful documentation folder/wiki structure
  5. Onboarding doc(s)
  6. Project interest form
  7. New member recruiting script
  8. Onboarding script
  9. Project FAQ
  10. Meeting flow guide (includes pre-meeting guide too)
  11. Common task tracking flow columns and their use
  12. Role descriptions (responsibilities of that role, etc.)
  13. Out-of-meeting time commitment expectations

  1. Samples of good Indeed/LinkedIn adds to ask for new members of a specific skill set. e.g. What kind of info is good to include.
