Why

There's more work that can be done (and that we want to do) to help each other share gained PM'ing knowledge and create tools for future efforts.

How

Semi-regular project lead meetup.

We did decide that we wanted to set this up, but we didn't actually set this up, so I don't think it's a finished proposal yet.

I know this might seem like a burden, but I propose either the day before the meetup, or the day after. I think the day after would be preferable. Our experiences will be more fresh and we'll be able to report more effectively on any experiments we ran. We'll also be more motivated by recent frustrations.
