This uses the same structure as for the Nexus and Gitea operators and relies on the following secrets in the project:
OCP_SERVER
OCP_USERNAME
OCP_PASSWORD
QUAY_USERNAME
QUAY_PASSWORD
This does not make reference to the develop branch since it is being phased out. Only a single test is included, and this installs the operator cluster-wide. At a later date, should we also include a test for namespace-specific installations?
I haven't seen any hanging problems so far in local testing. I'm guessing that's because there is no kind in use here.
It also includes an update to the PROJECT file to correspond with the 3-alpha operator-sdk PROJECT version being promoted to 3; without this, build and release fails when operator-sdk is updated to the latest version.
