Moving the configuration roles to a collection here: https://github.com/ploigos/ploigos-service-configs
Use requirements.yml to pull them into the operator with ansible-galaxy
Still waiting on this: https://github.com/ansible/galaxy/issues/2737 to create a namespace to publish the collection. Until then, it's sitting here: https://galaxy.ansible.com/andykrohg/service_configs
