Keywords removed from ZMI's subject catalog after re-indexing #360

Hi,

Under the plomino database's edit tab, I've ticked the 'Index documents in Plone portal'

However, when I click on 'Re-index documents in portal catalog' under the Design tab, the keywords are removed from the ZMI's subject catalog.

How do I ensure that the keywords are not removed from the ZMI catalog on re-indexing - is there another option I need to tick/enable?
