Dateformat in toolbar broken after Upgrade to Plone 5.1.1 #2343

BUG/PROBLEM REPORT (OR OTHER COMMON ISSUE)

The dateformat in the toolbar broke after the upgrade from (Plone 5.1rc1 to 5.1.1-pending).

Before (5.1rc1):

After (5.1.1-pending):

What I did:

Upgrade an existing Plone from 5.1rc1 to Plone 5.1.1-pending

What I expect to happen:

Toolbar dateformat stays the same.

What actually happened:

Toolbar dateformat changed to a technical format, which is unusable for editors,.

What version of Plone/ Addons I am using:

5.1.1-pending

Looks good in 5.1.2-pending
