Replace zope.org references with zope.dev #3398

As you can see in this community.plone.org post the zope.org domain has basically been renamed to zope.dev. There are redirects in place. We will want to update Plone code and documentation to point to zope.dev as well. Note that namespaces.zope.org in zcml or xml.zope.org/namespaces in page templates should not be changed.

@mauritsvanrees there are as many as 100s instances of zope.org in the CMFPlone codebase... How many of them are to be updated?

Probably all of them, except the ones I mentioned: namespaces.zope.org and xml.zope.org/namespaces. The other ones may need to be checked individually, to see if the urls still exist.

Even if a link to a page on zope.org currently still might work, it should be replaced as the domain zope.org will go away in the next couple of months.

Most of links are in .xml pages....
