Inconsistent breadcrumbs for control panels #3617

Some control panels show only Home in the breadcrumbs. Others contain the name of the related control panel. For consistency reasons: all control panels should be displayed with Home-> Name of control panel. b8e65096-2e7f-4ad4-bc81-c9a2a7e188f3 dea1799b-edec-49ba-b8db-08bcabf91b79

They are likely spread across various package because any package can introduce its own control panel. The first thing would be to check all UI control panels for improper font-size, determine which would be the correct markup for all control panel in this context (I don't know, I am not in the UI team) and then fix all templates in all affected packages properly.
