Still used in Plone 6? #19

Is it worth converting it to use plone/meta? 🤔

davisagli commented 1 year ago

@gforcada Yes, still actively used afaik

jensens commented 1 year ago

yes

gforcada commented 1 year ago

But not in core itself, at least if I run buildout on buildout.coredev I don't get it on bin/instance.

So it's an ecosystem package? 🤔

jensens commented 1 year ago

Hmm. Magic. In https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/blob/master/Products/CMFPlone/profiles/default/catalog.xml#L96 it seems to be used. Also https://github.com/plone/plone.restapi/blob/176d99b07c6fd08de72f477d64487d19b44dc438/src/plone/restapi/search/query.py#L38 imports it (and other places).

Oh, so it's an undeclared dependency 🪄

Actually from two of the packages where plone/meta has still not been applied to 😅
