In combination with the master branch of the plone_server, this pull enables us to pass our full virtualbox test suite on bionic and focal. The need for Python 2.7 on the server is eliminated for Plone 5.2.x. This was accomplished by cleaning up some scripts and python-based utilities and by grooming the test suite. Testing for Plone 4.3.x has been dropped from the test suite.
