Mrtango 6.0 #469

Drop Python 2 support, drop support for Plone < 5.2, provide good Black and GitHub-Actions support, also in generated add-on's.

Before merge i will do a shash of the commits, to clean it up a bit. The main branch is already prepared for 6.0, we have a 5.x branch for Python2 support. That branch will also get some backportet changes from this PR, to improve the GitHub-Action/Black support.
