Remove buildout and use Makefile/mxdev/cookiecutter-zope-instance - see https://github.com/bluedynamics/plone-kickstarter

I prefer to start with an optional buildoutless way here. So developer can try the new way out and it can be imprived, when it has grown up, we can make it standard.
