Added path option for theme element #36

The suggested code enables setting a 'path' attribute on the 'theme' element in a rules file. When set, the path is used to further specify the theme. For example, when the selected theme is a file 'index.html', the path is a further selector within the HTML of this file, so as to be able to extract a snippet as the final theme HTML. This provides an easy to do ajax or otherwise partial updates on page parts.

I'm not sure what I think of this but it needs tests to demonstrate the functionality.

This is now open for more ~11 months w/o any update in code. I close this one. If you plan to work on it please just reopen and go on!
