Failing test: after-children-drop-children #56

I have an issue in one of my rules.xml when having an after and a drop. The drop seems to be done before the after. I was able to reproduce this in a unit test.

I am not sure where to look at to fix this, so if someone could take a look at it, thanks :+1: .

The output on travis seems minified but not on my computer. Is there something I need to do to have the same output?
