Define Zope application server root #756

Just leaving myself a todo here, unless someone else grabs it first.

In http://docs.plone.org/4/en/develop/plone/persistency/database.html#packing-through-the-web, this sentence packs a lot of jargon that needs explaining:

Manual packing can be executed through Zope Control Panel (not Plone control panel) in Zope application server root (not Plone site root) in ZMI.

For a non-Plone insider, these are very obtuse statements. If these things are already defined in some kind of glossary somewhere else, then just linking to the definition would be stellar. Otherwise, we need to add those definitions.

Also, explain exactly where to go to start the packing process.

Also, the Plone control panel lets you zeopack, so you don't actually need to go to the ZMI.

But only if you are a Zope admin user. And in general we should convince users to setup automatic packing which is easy.

@MrTango Not perfect and needs some love but, we do have the basics at least: http://docs.plone.org/manage/deploying/packing.html#setting-up-packing

I haven't check it, but isn't it already in the unified installer? I meant the cronjob stuff could be at least there, even if commented out if that breaks windows support.
