Feedback and UX updates

Some first feedback about using executioner:

Slide navigation is confusing, people are more used to breadcrumbs and up down folder navigation
Actions for specific content could be serialized as buttons (copy paste workflow)
It lacks a permissions view
Logged in username information on the toolbar
Search bar functionality
Select widget is missing on nsf-schema-form?
