Make dependency checker configurable #173

Like, for use outside of Zope world.

🤔 do you want to disable it, so you have an option to not configure it, or rather that the options of dependecychecker to be configurable via plone/meta?

For the later that's the case I think, for the former, is it that you don't want it at all, fulll stop, or rather that it does not find the dependencies as expected?

IIRC one can't get rid of the zope configs.

Oh, I see, indeed.

We could add an new setting, plone_mappings (naming improvements welcome), set to True by default, that would allow one to set it to False and disable them.

That should be easy, contributions welcome 😉
