Also add the run command to docker-entrypoint.sh

The test of the generated image fails with:

plone/plone-backend:sha-a1edcca failed to accept connections in a reasonable amount of time!

I restarted the job once, but that did not help.

I'm testing it locally and trying to understand what is wrong there
