Make Sphinx-configuration to require sphinxcontrib-robotdoc #22

RobotDoc is still a bit proof-of-concept, but it can do a little already.

It requires:

sphinxcontrib_robotdoc listed as extension in docs/source/conf.py
sphinxcontrib-robotdoc listed in pip install requirements file
ReadTheDocs-build must be configured to Use virtualenv
ReadTheDocs-build must be configured to use pip requirements file

Yep. Caused some warnings in RTD build, but didn't harm Sphinx build. So, I guess, requirements are ok in this for now.
