Rename 'Stop for debugging' (with deprecation), drop broken 'Apply profile'-keyword #31

Should 'Stop for debubbing' to be renamed to just 'Stop' or 'Pause' or both?

'Apply profile' looked like it was moved from Zope2ServerLibrary and was broken in PloneLibrary. I think, we agreeded that layers were better place for applying profiles.
