New ``data-panel-mode`` attribute. #90

Add data-panel-mode attribute with possible values append (default) and replace for layout panels. This allows for replacing the layout panel with the page panel instead of appending to it.

@datakurre maybe you can take a look at this PR because you did a similar change for data-tiles for version 2.0...
