Fix mosaic editor when TinyMCE is set to `inline` globally #573

fixes #503

NOTE: This "only" fixes the issue of broken Tiny in mosaic editor so that the inline mode can be activated globally again. The Editor in Properties or settings modal is still broken. Extra PR for that will come soon. See #570
