HTML in control panel form description #60

It would be great if we could use HTML in control panel form description, as with other forms https://github.com/plone/plone.app.registry/blob/f0b955f2465cc93908653c60e849512de9f73a81/plone/app/registry/browser/templates/controlpanel_layout.pt#L15

@petschki could we add it (like you did in plone/plone.app.z3cform/issues/138) or do you see any problem ?
