Remove five.globalrequest #95

It has been merged into Zope 4.

@datakurre seems that we are not testing this package on jenkins, as it is not listed on test-eggs in buildout.coredev tests.cfg. Should we actually do that? :thinking:

I see that on travis there's a saucelab connection and what not, so maybe there is actually no need...

FWIW the SauceLabs connection should fallback to local Selenium without issues.
