get relatedItems options for tinyMCE #191

enable relatedItems options (favorites/recently added menu) for TinyMCE modal dialog.

I think I have to update the mockup-widgets bundle too to make this work.

Hence there was no activity for a long time, I propose to close this PR within next two weeks. If you do not feel ok with this, please speak up and provide us a rough schedule.

since I'm the one who created (and still uses) this branch, I speak up ... but I try to merge this into 1.x as soon as possible.
