Found them by searching for packages which would possibly be portable to python 3.

@pbauer I was about to mention this https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/issues/2049 but you merged it before.

Is still fine to merge it (btw. @dhavlik thanks for doing the pull request!) as the circular dependency was already there and now we are just making it explicit.

One could have problems to run tests or installing, but I guess no one installs plone.i18n without Plone/CMFPlone...
