Added Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia to countries list #2

Added three new countries and its corresponding flags. Also updated the internet top level domains list. Added countries are Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.

This broke some tests that are checking for the expected number of countries. Could you please update the tests so they pass again? Thanks.

Or remove the tests. They aren't really testing anything useful. Maybe something like countries > 100 would be fine, just to make sure you get a lot of them.
