Add views

Adds the following Jenkins views:

• Core
• PLIPs
• Theme
• Pull Requests
• QA

All but Core are regex views, so in the order above:

• .*plip.*
• .*theme.*
• pull-request-.*
• qa-.*

Finally in Core the manually picked jobs are:

• plone-4.3-python-2.6
• plone-4.3-python-2.7
• plone-5.0-python-2.7
• plone-5.0-python-2.7-at
• plone-5.0-python-2.7-robot

This fixes #10

DO NOT MERGE there seems to be a problem with the views... at least jenkins complains about them, I'm looking into it...

Ignore the comment above, it seems to be working locally at least.

I will try it on the testing server as soon as I'm allowed to (@tisto, @bloodbare) to not interfere with others' doings on that server.
