Each commit is doing a small improvement on its own:

change the role that installs jenkins (fixes https://github.com/plone/plone.jenkins_server/issues/19)
not replacing jenkins daemon settings
indentation and markup fixes

Any commit with [dF] on its name means a change meant for der Freitag specifics, anything else is already on this pull request.

All commits, but one, where already cherry-picked. The one not cherry-picked is because it is no longer needed.
