Improve search results #170

Search results on plone.org are sub-optimal. We discussed various options at the Axolote Sprint, and the consensus was to move to a Nuclia search, and include docs.plone.org and training.plone.org.

See also https://github.com/plone/training/pull/792. After I release the new Plone Sphinx Theme, I will clean up and merge that PR, and make a minor release for it.

There is also documentation of the process in https://github.com/plone/documentation/pull/1529, which I also need to merge.

Actually it appears that there is a Nuclia search block already. I don't know whether it was implemented.
