Drop `path` directive on WSGI. #53

The deleted wsgi_initialization code was not used in the generated script but prevented using the initialization option.

@tschorr The initialization part of the PR actually seems to be part of #52 but there is another commit removing the path directive from the zope.conf which is not already there, see bd09985.
