Not compatible with Zope 5 #13

After this commit https://github.com/zopefoundation/Zope/commit/72d046a00a0f293088a4ccdc0a472cf7ca9b0847 the HTTPRequest._decode function is no longer available. Unluckily it is used here: https://github.com/plone/plone.z3cform/blob/acefd74f5a4de40e5997f682f3bde89597cf8da7/src/plone/z3cform/z2.py#L65-L72

This is one of the reasons why https://github.com/plone/buildout.coredev/pull/655 fails
