New lightweight add-on products catalog #6

We want to deprecate Products.PloneSoftwareCenter and replace its basic functionality with a more sustainable and lightweight catalog. We need to design a basic catalog based on Dexterity and its associated views, probably making use of faceted navigation, as showed in the mockups. It should allow to create an add-on package, set its basic metadata and point to its release on PyPi.

The catalog should implement a way of importing the existing data from legacy site.

It would be nice if our replacement would automatically detect new releases tagged with the Plone framework on PyPI and update itself.

closed, as this is being implemented in paragon.plone.org.

reading the definition there, paragon will not be a complete addon catalog. iiuc after the voting process just 50 addons will be listed. the rest would need to be searched for on pypi or github.
