Contributor Agreement (CA)

Adopt the Plone Foundation's CA for Pylons Project.

• [ ] Paul provide new CA in markdown format in the pylons-project-assimilation repo.
• [ ] Bert, Tres, Chris, and Paul review and revise
• [ ] Consult the Free Software Foundation to Change the Pylons Project license and contributor agreement from current license to either MIT or CC-BY-SA.
• [ ] Identify the necessary steps to make it happen. For example, do we "hard fork"?

Users sign the CA by printing, signing, scanning or taking a photo, and email the image to agreements@plone.org.
