Replace Netlify with Read the Docs pull request previews #853

@pbauer or @do3cc would you please great me and the following people admin access to the Read the Docs project at https://readthedocs.org/projects/plone-training/? I want to set up pull request previews on RTD, and I lack permission to do so. Thank you!
