Group of blocks container element in Pastanaga Editor #1038

There is a use case where we might need to style a set of blocks (text, images, cards) in an specific way, so we want them be grouped somehow.

This might sound like the "meta-block" but I think that's more simple than that. I see it like a block that behave as a wrapper of blocks, then you can drag and drop blocks into and out from that container to the "normal" flow.
