Incorrect Url widget validation #3011

Describe the bug The URL widget can select relative URLs from Object browser however, the validator is still used to "absolute URLs"

Hello @nileshgulia1 I was able to reproduce this issue, so I assume this issue is still available to work, please let me know if you are working on this issue. If you ain't working I would like to give this issue a try.
